NTP also provides bimetallic barrels for processing polymers containing glass fibers/ minerals of more than 50%. this bimetallic barrel is prepared using a spin-casting process which is considered one of the best and trusted way of producing lining inside the barrel which reduces the wear of the barrel

EN-41B(MUSCO) is our base material in which the linning is developed , this material is high – temperature resistant,fatigue resistance as well as has the ability to withstand long heating cycles

Bimetallic layer of NTP barrel is about 2-3MM in thickness our bimetallic layer composition are as follow
